- Deposits are Non Refundable and good for 30 days,(In the event that you need to reschedule, within the shop policy guidelines, expiration date may be extended at artist descretion)
- A 3% surcharge will be applied to all credit,debit/gift card payments to cover processing fees
-1 "Reschedule" is allowed with 48 hours notice of schedule change. If you're unable to make the "Rescheduled" appointment, another "Non Refundable" deposit is our policy.
-a $50 late fee may be applied if more than 30 minutes late to an appointment,(At artist descretion)
- if more than an hour late, your appointment can be cancelled and deposit forfeited, (At artist descretion)
